General Manager

Imperium is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, managing day-to-day business operations, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, with a strong background in management, operations, and team leadership, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
2. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance operational performance.
3. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize company resources.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
6. Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and morale.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
8. Work closely with senior leadership to shape long-term strategic goals and drive business success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10 years of managerial experience.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior managerial role, preferably in architecture consultancy - interior and landscaping.
• Strong business acumen with experience in operations, finance, and team management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
