General Manager

• Full-time position.

• The candidate must be based in the UAE and able to come to work daily.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and profitable business performance. Work closely with department heads to implement strategic plans, manage resources, and drive operational excellence. Reporting to the company owners daily, ensure that the company’s vision, goals, and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all operational functions, including production, sales, marketing, and finance.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to meet company objectives.
3. Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
4. Team Management: Lead and motivate department heads and staff, ensuring a high-performing culture across the organization.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of company goals.
6. Client and Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to foster long-term business relationships.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company complies with legal requirements, policies, and industry standards.
8. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the owners on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual: Fluent in Russian and English (Level C1 proficiency or higher).
2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (required). An MBA or other relevant advanced degree (preferred, but not required).
3. Proven Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
4. Industry-Specific Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of experience in the automotive or auction industry, specifically in managing or working within vehicle auction settings.
5. Leadership and People Management: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, guide, and manage teams across departments.
6. Operational and Strategic Management: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a strong ability to monitor key performance metrics.
7. Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations: Expertise in B2B and B2C sales, with a deep understanding of how to increase auction participation and drive vehicle sales.
8. Technical Skills: Proficiency with auction software platforms, online bidding tools, and digital inventory management systems.

Compensation:
