We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for our Concrete Factory.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the concrete factory
2. Oversee daily operations and ensure production efficiency and quality
3. Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and address any operational issues
4. Assess and enhance safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
5. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management
6. Mentor and develop the factory team to enhance skill sets and improve overall performance
7. Lead cost control initiatives and budget management for the factory operations

Requirements

1. Proven experience in managing concrete production or a related manufacturing environment
2. Strong understanding of concrete technology and production processes
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
