The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire studio operation, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across a team of 80+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the 3 Studios (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Doha, Qatar)
Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence
Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets
Key Requirements:
Leadership Experience: Must have managed at least 60+ employees in structured, customer-focused environments
Minimum Experience: 2 years in General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles within reputable brands
Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving financial targets and operational KPIs, especially in high-pressure environments. Candidates should be highly motivated.
Decision Maker: Independent, capable of making informed decisions quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
Adaptable: Flexible in a dynamic work environment, open to continuous improvement and change.
Empathetic: Able to connect with both team members and clients, maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
Management Experience: Proven ability to manage large teams, including remotely, and ensure high levels of team engagement and performance.
