Our client, established in 1989, specializes in manufacturing and supplying a diverse selection of manual and motorized blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, and canopies, serving customers across the GCC and MENA regions.

Seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead operations in premium furniture and shading solutions. Responsible for business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability, with expertise in strategic planning, supply chain management, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and growth strategy.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, procurement, and distribution.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
• Oversee P&L management and drive commercial success.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build relationships with key suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, risk management, and workplace safety.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Proven senior management experience in the furniture, blinds, or external shading industry.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and business development skills.
