Appoint first level staff responsibilities and authorities. Expectation: Appointment is complete with clear JD’s and responsibilities.
Appoint Chief Financial Controller and Chief Accountant in charge of financial management and accounting functions. Expectation: Appointment is complete with clear JD’s and responsibilities.
Appoint General Manager’s / Division Manager’s and review their commercial and operational functions in managing the business.
Ensure business profitability and objectives are met in a timely manner.
Provide required leadership and coordinate with the company to conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure new contracts, deliver commitments, ensure profitability, and achieve business plan and targets set by the board year on year.
