General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Bring the design process to its end in compliance with the Partnership Agreement.
2. Oversee the construction progress and requirements. Ensure the delivery as per agreed PPP terms.
3. Handle the design changes requests from the Procurer or the Designer through control of the right implementation of the different agreements, managing the legal interactions with the various stakeholders.
4. Actively manage P&L – both cost- and revenue-side.
5. Assess and update the Business Plan.
6. Manage existing contracts with project parties.
7. Construction project experience in the SPV environment.
8. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with experience working in the Middle East.
9. Have technical skills allowing detailed understanding and active management of the investments, construction, and facility management.
10. Engineering Degree preferred.
