Job description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, directs and manages all activities related to the Company’s Strategic and Business Planning.
- Ensures budgetary control and implementation of procedures to ensure the full satisfaction of clients.
- Carries out regular performance reviews and overall accountability of the Organization.
- Participates in all activities for QMS as required by MR.
- Plans business development, employee welfare and skill development.
- Supervise QMS awareness and implementation in the Company.
- Maintains relevant files and documentation as per QMS requirements.
- Improves the company’s image with the goal of becoming the market leader.
- Motivates all employees to meet company objectives and to practice a high level of quality standard.
