Job description

The General B2B Sales Development Specialist will proactively seek new customers in the UAE or international markets. This role is critical in driving the company’s growth by preparing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies, acquiring new customers, and leveraging existing client connections. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales goals within the Computer / PC repair and upgrading industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management :
  2. Become customers advisor in the PC repair & assembling industry within HPC : Highly-performing computers, CPU / GPU, game developers.
  3. Advocate for Pro Graphic designers workstations users.
  4. Generate leads and research prospects for new customer acquisition.
  5. Visit potential new customers to present proposal offers and close deals.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

Sales and Business Development Strategy :

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales expansion initiatives.
  3. Create and execute plans for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.

Sales Goals and Performance :

  1. Meet personal sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
  2. Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.

Sales Process Optimization :

  1. Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  2. Utilize CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  3. Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of current IT hardware is preferred.

Experience :

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales development role, with a focus on outbound and proactive customer acquisition.
  2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  3. Experience in the UAE or international markets, ideally with established client connections.

Skills :

  1. Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being an advantage.
  2. Strong understanding of PC components and the needs of the PC repair and assembling industry.
  3. Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of IT equipment and industry trends.
  7. Strong networking skills with an established contacts network.
  8. Outgoing, enthusiastic, and extroverted personality.
  9. Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  10. Valid UAE driving license.
