Gen. Cook (Sous / Chef De Partie)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
• Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
• Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required. Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Hospitality / Tourism Management or similar fields. Male applicants are preferred for this role.
