Gardener and Landscape Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Gardener and Landscape Supervisor to oversee and maintain our landscaped areas, gardens, and green spaces. The ideal candidate will manage a team of gardeners, ensure plant health, and maintain the aesthetic quality of our grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and train a team of gardeners and groundskeepers.
• Oversee planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, mowing, and pest control.
• Inspect landscapes to maintain health, safety, and appearance standards.
• Plan and implement new landscaping projects and seasonal plantings.
• Maintain and manage gardening equipment; enforce safety protocols.
• Track budget and resource needs for landscaping projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in gardening or landscaping, with supervisory experience.
• Strong plant knowledge, leadership skills, and equipment handling experience.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
