Gardener

Gardener/ Groundskeeper in Ajman, UAE

We are currently hiring a skilled gardener/groundskeeper to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and grounds. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, fertilizing, weeding, and pruning
2. Plant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery according to the seasons
3. Use gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and shovels to maintain the landscape
4. Ensure that all plants receive appropriate amounts of water, nutrients and sunlight
5. Identify and treat plant diseases or pests as needed
6. Keep garden areas clean and free of debris
7. Assist with landscaping projects as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is required
2. Knowledge of different plants, trees and shrubs common to the UAE region is preferred
3. Ability to use gardening tools effectively
4. Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
5. Good time-management skills and attention to detail
6. Indian nationality preferred

Salary: A competitive salary of 1300$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate.
