GAINS Technician PERM

VHR is hiring for our client, a leading MRO dedicated to excellence in maintenance and repair services. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Galley Insert Technician to join their dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, and repair of Galley inserts in accordance with established procedures and technical data. Responsible for carrying out troubleshooting and clearing of defects.
• Maintain high levels of quality.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of our client, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and Human Resources.
• Accurately document maintenance carried out.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to utilize computer systems (MS Office, etc.) to input & retrieve information.
• Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.
• Report unsafe practices and/or conditions to the appropriate individuals to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
• Recommend improvements to EH&S practices in order to create a safer workplace.
• The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
