Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FX/CFD Customer Service Representative (Arabic) based in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will address various issues related to FX/CFD trading and work closely with clients to resolve their concerns and improve their trading experience.

2. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
3. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Strong problem-solving skills
8. Experience in the financial industry, particularly in FX/CFD trading, is a plus
9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
