Future Leaders program trainees will undergo an exciting immersive journey covering on-the-job training and behavioral skills learning interventions. Successful candidates will take up full-time middle management roles within the department at the end of the program. As a Future Leader trainee, you will be compensated during your participation in the program and enjoy all the benefits of being a ‘MD’ colleague.

Role Overview

With our Procurement team, your 18-month journey will help you to become a successful Contracts Support Manager who will be able to:

  1. Support in establishing robust and sustainable contract management techniques to maximize supplier performance and contract effectiveness.
  2. Review, maintain and monitor supplier expiries and renewals to ensure appropriate contractual coverage.
  3. Act as the primary conduit between Supply Chain and Legal ensuring accurate and timely implementation of supplier contracts.
  4. Oversee and monitor Framework Agreements.
  5. Serve as the focal point for contractual and warranty claims in coordination with End User Departments and Warehouse.
  6. Conduct periodic gap analysis, baselining existing performance standards & management reporting structures relating to internal and external supply chain activities.
  7. Using recognized leading practices, deliver sound Contract Management and Supplier Assessment practices and establish sustainable supplier business and performance review/audit activities.
  8. Review and manage supplier-based Worker Welfare monitoring protocols which includes strategies relating to outsource/insource of WW monitoring in the medium to long term.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • National Service completed
  • Recent graduate with a GPA of minimum 2.5 and above
  • Law degree
  • Tertiary studies
  • Contractual and regulatory knowledge and training
  • Good stakeholder management capabilities - ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Good communication and relationship skills (written and verbal)
  • Determined
  • Result-oriented with strong business acumen
