Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in AutoCAD, possess exceptional communication abilities, and have a proven record of independently managing diverse teams within a factory or industrial setting. This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects, think on their feet, and resolve challenges effectively without needing close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring all are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactively address potential issues, resolving them before they impact timelines or outcomes.
• Use AutoCAD to design, plan, and adjust project layouts, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout.
• Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving projects to successful completion with minimal direction.
• Maintain a sharp focus on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all elements align to achieve targets.
• Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders regularly, providing clear and confident updates.
• Foster a supportive, solutions-focused work environment, promoting accountability and empowering team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for project planning, design, and revisions, particularly in the furniture industry.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience in factory or industrial settings.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and roles independently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for handling complex scenarios.
• Highly organized and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure.

What we offer:

• Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000+ Bonus (depending on experience)
