Funds Lawyer (2 - 6 PQE)

Charterhouse is working with a leading US Law Firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 2 6 PQE Funds Associate who has experience advising on a broad range of funds matters, both domestic and international.

About the role

The work will include advising on matters regarding the structuring and establishing of investment funds, co-investments, fund investments and cross-border M&A within the MENA region. The corporate and funds team is well-established and market-leading, particularly known for its work with private equity, sovereign wealth, infrastructure, energy funds, and more in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

About you

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be either a civil law or common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of experience from a top tier funds practice.
