About the role
Candidates should have at least 5 years PQE in Corporate Law and Funds practice. The candidate should possess strong business development skills, as the Senior Associate/Counsel will be expected to contribute to the development of new and existing clients and service some of the best client portfolios in the world - they have a leading team with a great reputation in the market.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in PE Funds and Corporate work, gained at a leading International, US or Magic Circle firm. While an England & Wales qualification is preferred, the role is open to candidates qualified in a few major Commonwealth jurisdictions such as the US.
