Fundraising Manager

LionRock Investment is a real estate investment fund founded by Max Piccinini.

We are developing a real estate investment program in Dubai, offering exclusive high-yield opportunities to those looking to invest and diversify their wealth.

This project is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a Fundraising Manager to help us raise over 100 million to support our real estate investment projects.

Your role:

As a Fundraising Manager, you will be at the heart of our strategy to expand our investor portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop a high-net-worth investor network: Target and engage high-potential private investors (multi-millionaires, billionaires, investment funds) looking to diversify their assets by offering them unique opportunities in Dubai's real estate market.
2. Present high-yield secured investment opportunities: Deliver compelling presentations on real estate projects, highlighting financial benefits and potential returns. Adapt your pitch to each investor's profile to maximize engagement.
3. Negotiate and close investment deals: Follow up on discussions and finalize investment agreements, ensuring investor questions and expectations are met, turning their interest into tangible commitments.
4. Develop fundraising strategies: Refine strategies for prospecting and retaining investors, while adjusting approaches based on market feedback.
5. Establish strategic partnerships: Identify and form key partnerships with influential players in the financial sector to strengthen the investor network and expand fundraising channels for real estate projects.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships: Ensure a trusting relationship with investors by being their primary point of contact and offering personalized follow-up to encourage reinvestment in new projects.
7. Collaborate with the administrative team: Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth transactions and document management, while focusing on negotiating and closing investments.

Profile:

1. You have 5 to 10 years of experience in environments such as private banking, wealth management, or investment funds.
2. Strong Network: You have direct access to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
3. Proven Track Record: You have successfully raised tens or even hundreds of millions of euros throughout your career.
4. Fundraising Expertise: You master fundraising strategies and financial mechanisms.
5. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to create lasting connections with private investors.
6. You know how to clearly and convincingly present investment opportunities and can adapt your pitch to suit your audience.
7. You are passionate about network development and constantly seek to identify and engage new potential partners.
8. You prioritize client success and are committed to offering opportunities aligned with their interests.
9. You can work independently while actively contributing to the overall strategy.
10. You are motivated by challenges and persevere to achieve tangible results.
11. You are capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
12. Fluent English is essential for positions in Dubai and Switzerland.
13. Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
