Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) / Fund Manager to lead and drive our investment strategies. The CIO will oversee our investment portfolios, focusing on maximizing returns while managing risk and aligning with our firm's strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of making high-impact decisions, with a robust understanding of both financial markets and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements, ensuring a sustainable and competitive portfolio growth.
• Portfolio Management: Direct the fund's asset allocation, risk management, and investment strategies to optimize performance across diverse asset classes.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor economic trends, and identify potential investment opportunities and risks in domestic and international markets.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of investment analysts and portfolio managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and clients to communicate investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market insights.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, implement risk management protocols, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all investment activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or similar designation preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in fund management, investment strategy, or a senior-level financial role.
• Proven track record of managing large portfolios with consistent performance in diverse market conditions.
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and board members.
