Candidate is required to be a Licensed Female Beauty Therapist, as per the industry's local requirements and regulations. Arabic Language and efficient English communication are main requirements. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments and skincare services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in line with the business standards. The ideal candidate will possess professional expertise in beauty therapy, excellent customer service and sales skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Beauty Therapy Treatments:
  Perform beauty treatments including, but not limited to, facials, slimming, and skincare treatments.
  Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty industry trends, techniques, and products.
  Recommend suitable treatments and products to clients based on their individual needs.

• Customer Service:
  Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients.
  Conduct consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
  Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

• Sales and Retail:
  Respond to client leads received, answering their inquiries, and achieving bookings.
  Upsell beauty, slimming, and skincare services and retail products to clients.
  Educate clients on aftercare routines and recommend appropriate home-care products.
  Achieve personal and team sales targets as set by management.

• Hygiene and Safety:
  Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas and tools, in compliance with business policies and Dubai Municipality regulations.
  Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized care and follow-ups.
  Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences.

• Management Support:
  Assist with managing daily operations, including maintaining schedules and ensuring all appointments run smoothly.
  Support the Spa/Salon Director in inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies.
  Participate in staff training, team meetings, and promotional events.
