Position Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Qureos, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web applications
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web development technologies
4. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our web applications
5. Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and implement them to enhance our products
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
8. Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow in their roles

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web development
3. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
4. Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python
5. Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
10. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
