Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability web applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization. Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
2. Experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or similar.
3. Solid understanding of AWS services, particularly AWS SDK, S3, and cloud-based development.
4. Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication, specifically using Socket.io.
6. Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
7. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
8. Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
3. Experience with Prisma for database management.
4. Knowledge of Supabase for quickly setting up a backend.
5. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and end-to-end testing tools.
6. Familiarity with GraphQL.
7. Experience with serverless architectures.
8. Contributions to open-source projects.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
