Aligning current Human resource activities as per the organizations work ethics and requirements. Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements. Preparing, recording, and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations. Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Manage all staff review processes including KPI and Performance Management.
