Full Stack Developer - onecom

As a Full Stack Developer you will join a talented and dynamic team dedicated to designing and building innovative customer-centric products used by millions globally.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

1. Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality web applications in an agile development culture.
2. Lead software projects guiding a team of developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintainable code.
3. Actively participate in design and code reviews offering constructive feedback to maintain and improve code standards.
4. Optimize application performance ensuring reliability, availability, and efficient resource utilization.
5. Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the product development lifecycle.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product leads, delivery leads, and QA to meet project goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

The right candidate should have:

1. 5 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable web-based applications.
2. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Express) and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
3. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
4. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, CouchDB).
5. Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for automated integration and deployment.
6. Exposure to AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) is a plus.
7. Experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
