Job Description for Full Stack Developers and Data Migration Specialists:

• Position: Full Stack Developer & Data Migration Specialist
• Number of Resources: 2
• Period of Engagement: 6 months
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in data migration projects
• Location: Primarily onsite with flexibility for remote work as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data migration strategies
• Develop custom ETL tools using Microsoft Full Stack technologies
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of migration issues
• Provide post-migration support and create user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server)
• Experience in React JS and Software AG webMethods
• At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint and MS SQL Server, including data migration expertise
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data migration projects with successful outcomes
• Experience in data governance and security best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-based migration tools
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Data Analyst Associate)
