Full Stack Developer

We currently have three (3) openings for this role.

We are seeking a talented Joget Developer with a strong understanding of Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing low code / no code solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement low code / no code solutions using low code platforms such as Joget, OutSystems, etc.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations within low code / no code platforms.
• Customize and extend platform functionality using Java and other programming languages as needed.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and implementation details.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in low code / no code development and Java programming.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Desired: Master's degree or relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms.

Experience:

• Minimum: Proven experience of at least 2 years developing applications using low code / no code platforms.
• Desired: 3 years of experience with Joget or similar platforms; experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Skills & Abilities:

• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and DevOps practices.
