Key Responsibilities
- In addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients, our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companies’ growth strategies and related hiring needs.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
- Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates.
- Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
- Present short-listed candidates to clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Ongoing communication with supervisors to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
- Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks.
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to effectively fill their open positions.
- Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients.
- Manage and facilitate the negotiation process.
- Research and develop leads for future business development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience with various positions in Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, and/or IT sectors required for US recruiter.
- Experience in assessment of both technical and non-technical positions.
- Experience in mid to high-level positions across O&G, Construction, Engineering, and Industrial required for GCC recruiter (Experience in the GCC Market for more than 2 years is a huge plus).
- Experience in multiple screening methodologies including soft skills.
- Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an agency or RPO environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization.
- Experience in recruiting internationally and across a broad range of nationalities.
- Strong organization skills, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e., interview scheduling and sourcing.
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment with the ability to prioritize tasks against commercial value to the business.
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
