What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst at FTI Delta, you will be an integral part of the team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts.

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports, and actively participating in client meetings and internal team meetings. You will manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism. You will also work closely with senior team members to support various aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation.

Your responsibilities extend to structuring complex analyses, showcasing effective Excel skills, and ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs. You will manage your workload efficiently, meet deadlines, communicate progress efficiently, and develop skills through ongoing feedback.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

Basic Qualifications:

1. Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a master’s program with a graduation date between June 2025 – September 2025
2. Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Preferred major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
3. A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and structured
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment
5. A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness
6. Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment
7. A keen interest in strategy consulting and the industries FTI Delta focuses on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) and Public Sector
