Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is looking for a motivated and organized Front Office cum Sales Coordinator. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences while also supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has a blend of hospitality and administrative skills.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/out process.
  2. Manage daily front office operations including room assignments, guest inquiries, and concierge services.
  3. Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely, courteous manner to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are prepared and well-maintained.
  5. Assist the sales team with booking reservations, scheduling site tours, and preparing promotional materials.
  6. Track and update sales inquiries, leads, and bookings, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
  7. Generate sales reports, compile guest feedback, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  8. Support the organization of special events and promotions, including handling communications with vendors and clients.
  9. Maintain and organize front desk documentation, files, and communication records.
  10. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  11. Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in a front office or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management or CRM software is a plus.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  6. Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to learn about the hospitality sales lifecycle.
