Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
  3. Receive and distribute mail and packages
  4. Maintain a neat and organized front desk and waiting area
  5. Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
  6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  8. Keep track of office inventory and order supplies when needed
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or front office role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  6. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy
  8. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
