House Manager Job Description

We are looking for a House Manager to help our clients manage their daily activities to ensure the family operates as smoothly as possible. A House Manager’s responsibilities include managing the household budget, organizing social events, and making travel arrangements as needed. Ultimately, you will work directly with families to help them accomplish daily activities, allowing them to focus on their busy careers.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time.
2. Ensuring that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times.
3. Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed.
4. Ensuring that all foodservice operations run smoothly during events, such as weddings and conferences.
5. Coordinating with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish.
6. Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times.

Qualifications:

Educational Details: Bachelor degree

Experience: 4-15 years

Salary: 20,000

Desired Skills:

• Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role.
• Good communication skills, understanding the client’s likes and dislikes.
• Knowledgeable in a wide range of areas related to the role.
• Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a House Manager.
