Job description
  1. To assist in the check-ins and check-outs.
  2. To greet the guest and identify their specific reservation.
  3. To anticipate and personalize the service for each guest to ensure satisfaction.
  4. To follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
  5. To address the needs, issues, and complaints of guests.
  6. Perform job duties as advised by the Head of the Department.
  7. Regularly maintain attendance by reporting for shift timings as advised.
  8. Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork skills with fellow heartists and other departments within the hotel as required.
  9. Ensure to maintain the training plan effectively and seek assistance if necessary.
