Front Office - Intern
Job description
- To assist in the check-ins and check-outs.
- To greet the guest and identify their specific reservation.
- To anticipate and personalize the service for each guest to ensure satisfaction.
- To follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
- To address the needs, issues, and complaints of guests.
- Perform job duties as advised by the Head of the Department.
- Regularly maintain attendance by reporting for shift timings as advised.
- Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork skills with fellow heartists and other departments within the hotel as required.
- Ensure to maintain the training plan effectively and seek assistance if necessary.
