We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a busy hotel environment. As the Front of House Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring a positive experience for guests from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Front Desk team, ensuring all staff provide excellent service and exceed guest expectations.
Oversee daily operations of the Front of House, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge services, and guest inquiries.
Ensure that guest complaints and concerns are handled promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain and monitor the hotels reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Train, develop, and motivate Front Desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the hotels services and amenities.
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and special requests, ensuring personalized service for all guests.
Monitor and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Assist with staffing schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak times.
Ensure the Front of House area is always clean, welcoming, and professional in appearance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of local area and ability to provide guests with recommendations for attractions, dining, and activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience with luxury or high-end hotel brands.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
