Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Ajman. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting clients, managing phone calls, booking class reservations, handling customer inquiries, checking in members, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all gym visitors. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and assisting with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Ability to manage Reservations efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong skills in Excel sheets
