Job Description:
Dibba Mountain Park Resort is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong command of both Arabic and English, and proficient knowledge of the Opera Cloud System.
As the face of our resort, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude upon arrival.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using the Opera Cloud System.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a problem-solving approach.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and maintain a high level of service.
- Ensure all guest information and transactions are accurately logged into the system.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or front desk role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud System is required.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
