- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
- Help maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea, or water for visitors.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
- Sort and distribute deliveries and courier mail.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Preferred for female applicants.
- Well organized and efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Possess a pleasing personality and positive attitude.
