Position: Female Receptionist / Gym and Club Assistant (Women)
Responsibilities:
Arranging consultations with customers to start new memberships or follow up on past subscriptions.
Meet and greet visitors (clients) and assist them.
Make daily and monthly reports and other administrative tasks.
Organize all administrative papers.
Monitor the front desk and answer incoming calls, greeting clients as they enter the fitness center, and addressing inquiries about the facility's services.
Handle membership applications and fees, collecting insurance details, and issuing memberships.
Perform basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members.
Update member records with new contact information and payment details.
Maintain subscription records and process fees as directed by administration.
Collect payments from members for gym services provided.
Clarify facility policies and procedures to new members and assist them in getting acquainted with the center.
Make announcements over the public address system regarding events happening at the gym or center or about center policies.

Experience: At least 1-2 years minimum experience as a receptionist (ideally in a fitness studio or gym).
Work Location: Al Rahmania, Sharjah. Transportation will be provided.
