Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
Help maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
Prepare meeting and training rooms.
Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water for visitors.
Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
Sort and distribute deliveries and courier mails.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
Well organized and efficient.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
