Job description

Are you an organized and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking professional who enjoys engaging with people and supporting learning initiatives? A well-established training academy in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Front Desk & Course Support Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the center and play a key role in student engagement and course administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome students upon arrival at the academy.
  2. Provide accurate information about available courses and schedules.
  3. Assist with course enrollment, follow-ups, and related documentation.
  4. Prepare and send course materials and enrollment forms to students.
  5. Create and send marketing content or art materials to attract new enrollments.
  6. Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  7. Support the team in calling prospective students to promote available courses.
  8. Maintain a professional and inviting reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  2. Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support, ideally within a training, academic, or education setting.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Comfortable with standing for extended periods during the workday.
  5. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  6. Energetic, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
