Front Desk Agent

Job Location: UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Anticipate and meet guests' needs and requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  2. Recognize all repeat and important guests.
  3. Establish and develop personal guest contact, promote feedback, and be consistently proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements.
  4. Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them, issuing room keys in the appropriate welcome booklet.
  5. Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
  6. Maintain lobby presence and escort guests via buggy or on foot to their rooms.
  7. Provide personalized check-in to all VIP guests.
  8. Update and maintain all guests' profiles history files accurately.
  9. Assist guests throughout their stay with any requirements efficiently.
  10. Display high product knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel.
  11. Overlook the Reception Email Inbox and communicate efficiently.
