Guest Services: Welcome visitors with a warm smile, efficiently manage their check-in and check-out processes, and quickly respond to their requests and concerns.
Reservations Management: Manage bookings, handle cancellations, and make changes to reservations accurately through the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Communication: Share details about the hotel's facilities, services, and nearby places of interest. Communicate clearly with guests, the cleaning staff, and other departments.
Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints and problems with a professional approach, always aiming to ensure guest happiness.
Office Tasks: Carry out a variety of office-related tasks like organizing files, entering data, and keeping up-to-date records of guests.
Billing and Collections: Take care of payments, manage cash, and make sure all bills are correctly charged for every transaction.
Security: Uphold the hotel's safety by keeping an eye on the front desk area and reporting any unusual behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system.
The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
