Job description

As an entry-level Organizational Development (OD) Analyst, you will support the team in various tasks related to improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in the field of organizational development and human resources. You will assist in gathering and analyzing data, conducting assessments, and supporting the design of strategies to improve organizational processes and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Assist in collecting and organizing data related to employee performance, engagement, and organizational metrics.
    • Support in preparing reports and presenting basic data analysis to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Survey and Feedback Management:
    • Assist in the creation, distribution, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
    • Support the team in summarizing survey results and identifying key themes or opportunities for improvement.
  3. Support OD Programs:
    • Help with the coordination and execution of organizational development initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, or leadership development efforts.
    • Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  4. Research and Best Practices:
    • Conduct research on industry best practices in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management.
    • Assist in benchmarking the organization's practices against competitors and industry standards.
  5. Assistance in Change Management:
    • Support the change management team in ensuring smooth implementation of any organizational changes or new processes.
    • Help develop communication materials or presentations for organizational changes.
  6. Employee Engagement Support:
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
    • Help maintain an organized database of employee engagement activities and their outcomes.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain and update records for various OD initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing reports on the progress of ongoing OD programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
