Fresh Graduates- Engineering

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Engineering Graduate to join one of Abu Dhabi's local government entities. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to the overall success of our department. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects
• Perform technical calculations, data analysis, and report writing
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings
• Support documentation, process improvement, and quality control efforts
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• Strong academic record and foundational knowledge of engineering principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and under supervision
• Internship or project experience is a plus
