French Teacher

The French Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering French language lessons to students. They create engaging and interactive learning materials, assess students' language proficiency, and provide constructive feedback. The French Teacher also promotes cultural awareness and appreciation of the French language and supports students in achieving language learning goals.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and prepare French language lessons according to curriculum guidelines.
2. Deliver interactive lessons that engage students and promote language acquisition.
3. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
4. Assess students' language abilities and provide timely feedback on their progress.
5. Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments.
6. Monitor and record students' attendance, participation, and academic performance.
7. Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, and provide additional support when needed.
8. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters cultural appreciation and understanding.
9. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
10. Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and incorporate innovative approaches into lessons.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in French or related field.
2. Teaching certification or qualification in French education.
3. Proven experience in teaching French as a foreign language.
4. Proficient in the French language.
5. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
