Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced freelance Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with children to assess and treat speech and language disorders. You’ll have the flexibility to design therapy sessions that cater to each client’s unique needs, in person.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current certification/licensure as required.
• Proven experience in treating speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with children or specific populations (e.g., autism, developmental delays).
• Knowledge of assistive technology and alternative communication methods.
• English proficiency is a must.
