Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for providing key financial support and strategic advice to help manage and grow our business. The role will involve preparing project budgets, offering financial insights, and ensuring sound financial management for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will also assist with tax planning and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial advice on business strategies, operations, and budgeting.
2. Prepare and manage budgets for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
3. Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to offer recommendations on cost management and business improvements.
4. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior management.
5. Assist with cash flow management and financial forecasting.
6. Help with tax planning and ensure the business is compliant with financial regulations.
7. Monitor and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
8. Collaborate with the team to implement sound financial planning and analysis practices.
9. Manage/mentor junior accountants and work closely with management in decision-making.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar financial role.
2. Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial forecasting.
3. Ability to provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.
4. Experience working in small businesses or with a freelance/consulting setup is a plus.
5. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
8. Availability to work one day per week in the office (with flexibility for remote work as needed).
9. Knowledge of UAE Taxation and Regulations.
10. Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
11. Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in preparing budgets for different projects or company-wide financial forecasts.
12. Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills to review financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
13. Leadership & Management Skills: Ability to manage junior accountants and work closely with management in decision-making.
