Your Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and source qualified candidates who speak European languages for a variety of roles.
• Conduct interviews and assess language proficiency alongside professional qualifications.
• Collaborate with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring timely placements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and a supportive candidate experience.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Fluency in English and at least one other European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is essential.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a freelance or agency capacity.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' language skills accurately.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
