Freelance Media Buyer META - full-time - 100 remote

Gotyu Underwear, the fastest-growing underwear brand in Germany, is redefining comfort and confidence for women with thoughtfully designed intimates.

We are looking for a dedicated experienced Media Buyer to manage our paid media campaigns across multiple regions, handling multiple ad accounts and pixels, and driving impactful growth for our brand.

Tasks

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on META platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for Gotyu Underwear, ensuring consistent growth and performance across multiple international regions.
• Handle multiple ad accounts and pixels, tailoring campaigns to the needs of different markets.
• Develop and execute effective strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure cost-effective, high-ROI results. Monitor, report on, and adjust campaigns regularly to meet KPIs and growth objectives.
• Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to align strategies, assets, and messaging.
• Stay on top of trends, competitor activity, and changes in the META ecosystem to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram), particularly with managing campaigns across multiple ad accounts and pixels.
• Experience handling international brands and scaling campaigns in different regions.
• Strong paid media expertise with a results-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, ad targeting, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple campaigns with a focus on a single brand—no agency work, no juggling multiple clients. You are fully dedicated to a single brand and will give your all to driving its success.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to managing and optimizing campaigns for growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
