About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to oversee and coordinate a corporate event. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both French and English to ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and manage the event from start to finish on March 12-16, 2025.
2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
3. Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and technical requirements.
4. Supervise event staff and ensure that all roles are effectively carried out.
5. Handle any on-site issues and provide swift solutions.
6. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and a premium event experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in event management, preferably in corporate events.
